Autoclaves for fixation and manufacture of Composites.
Composites or composite resins are synthetic materials heterogeneously mixed forming a compound, as the name suggests.
They are formed by molecules of various elements. These components can be of two types: cohesion and reinforcement. The cohesion components wrap and join the reinforcement components (or simply reinforcements) maintaining their rigidity and position. Rinforcements provide physical properties to the overall improving cohesion and rigidity.

Autoclave's operation :
Manual introduction of glass support platforms inside the autoclave
Manual door closing (automatic option)
Manual activation of door closing system and safety (automatic option)
Activation of a determined treatment cycle (treatment cycle begins)
Completion of selected cycle, door unlock and glass loading platforms removal.
Each process is based on programmed segments, temperature, pressure and maintenance time.
Each segment has two sub stages,
The ramp controls temperature and pressure increase and deacrease, throughout the programmed time.
During maintenance, the programmed temperature and pressure are kept stable during time set.
Possibility to program up to 15 segments (optionally more) in each process.
During any of the cycles, pressure can be regulated at any time within fluids and systems physical limitations. The pressure system will be provided by the customer, whereas only autoclave's valves connected and disconnected to pressure system (to pressurize) or the atmosphere (to depressurize) will be under ATTSUKLAUS' scope of installation works.
Furthermore, vacuum processes can be carried out in bags through internal connectors.
The heating process is carried out by recirculating air by means of a turbine, located inside the autoclave.
This turbine enables the air to flow through a set of resistors that are controlled by the PLC
The air speed is controlled by a frequency converter which adjusts the turbine's speed to the expected flow rate.
The air cooling process inside the autoclave is carried out by the compressed air inlet and the hot air outlet on the inside, controlled by proportional valves, in order to control the required pressure.
Optionally the cooling process can be carried out by introducing water inside of an exchanger located at the back of the autoclave. This water, usually at room temperature, cools the air inside the autoclave when passing through the exchanger (battery).
